Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, holding valid passports and visas, complying with immigration requirements, and arriving on time for flights and transfers.
Requests to modify or cancel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers. Additional service fees may apply.
Konoz Travel works with carefully selected travel suppliers. However, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers remain responsible for delivering their services.
Konoz Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, or airline operational issues.
